Booking Policy

A valid credit or debit card is required to secure the reservation.
Full payment may be required at the time of booking or upon check-in, depending on the rate type.

Cancellations made 1 day before the scheduled check-in date are generally free of charge.
Cancellations made on the check-in date may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay.
Non-refundable bookings may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

Changes to reservations (such as dates or room types) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Requests for modifications should be made as early as possible.

Check-in time is typically from 2 pm, and check-out time is noon.
Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

If the guest does not show up on the check-in date and hasn’t cancelled the booking no-show fee may be charged typically equal to the first night’s stay .
The room may be held for the first night or cancelled altogether, depending on hotel occupancy.
Exemptions for Special Circumstances: Certain cancellations due to emergencies (medical, weather, etc.) can be handled on a case-by-case basis, potentially waiving fees as a goodwill gesture.
Post-Cancellation Follow-Up: After cancellation, the guest receives an email: • Confirming the cancellation and refund (if applicable)

A deposit will be required for guests with pets. The amount is 700 AED, cash only, refundable upon check-out.
